Design

Injection Mold design is a process that begins with sketches on paper, continues with computer programs, and ends with necessary improvements after injection. Of course, today, design on paper is almost non-existent except as a method for customers to express themselves. 3D designs made with computer programs through developing technology have provided great convenience.

As Imaj Kalip, in line with our customers’ demands, we start production after making the most suitable designs for them and getting their approval. Although design has been facilitated by technology, it is a difficult process due to factors such as surface quality, raw material type, and the machine the molds will be attached to. In order for the resulting product to have the desired efficiency, the mold design is tested and analyzed many times in programs such as CAD to obtain the necessary data.
After the data is approved by the customer, the design is put into operation. The mold set begins to be processed in our machine park.
